Drinking water.. There are some days that I literally drain my Yeti cup time and again with no issue! Other days I really struggle, which caused me to think outside the box and come up with ways that I can still get my water in without using anything fake or full of sugar.
It’s very simple really and to be honest I’m not sure why I didn’t think of this before!
I highly recommend getting a cup that you love and don’t mind carrying it with you wherever you go! You
may already have this, but you may not. I have found that having a boring glass doesn’t lead me to drinking enough water. Maybe it’s a mind thing or maybe I am 2 years old at heart. Who knows? Both are a possibility.
Next, grab a pitcher that has a lid. Pitchers that have an open top take on the flavor in the air in the fridge which doesn’t make for very tasty water. To keep your fruits and veggies fresh, I recommend that you dump any extra water after 2-3 days. ALSO! I have found literally the coolest pitcher ever for this exact need on Amazon. Now that we have something to your your water in. It’s time to make the first pitcher. These are merely suggestions and options! So think outside the box and if you come up with a fun recipe, send it my way!
