I am beyond thrilled that you are here because you, sis, are why I do what I do. I have had a passion for empowering women and helping them live the healthiest and best life they can.
Something that I firmly believe is that being healthy is not about eating grilled Chicken and Kale every meal or living in the gym. Healthy living is all about balance.
What's this Page All About?
First and foremost this page is about you and to meet you right where you are even though the chances are that I never have nor will I ever met you face to face. Living a full and healthy lifestyle can be tough when the clock seems to be on fast forward, but I promise it is SO worth it.
When I found out I was pregnant with our son, I told myself that I was going to be the healthiest pregnant woman you had ever seen and wouldn't gain more than the recommended amount of weight and keep my health in check. Long story short, I had major health problems during the entirety my pregnancy, gained 60 pounds and my blood pressure was out of control. By the grace of God, I have been able to come back from that and I am making it my life mission to work with both women in their quest towards their goals.

Who am I?
I am the wife to a wonderful man, who is my high school sweetheart and the mama to a fantastic little boy. I have an obsession with running and Crossfit with a passion for living a full and healthy life while sharing it with others. I've been an athlete my entire life doing many things ranging from softball to dance. In high school, basketball was my focus and I achieved all state titles. I started running for fun – yes, you read right, for fun- towards the end of college and have been doing it ever since. I started doing Crossfit in 2017 thinking that it would be a great “supplement” to my current workout regime and immediately fell in love with it and it has become a staple.
This past year I became a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Road Runner's Coach and now offer personalized training plans for those who are looking to lose weight, get stronger, mix up your current training regimen, training for a race, are looking to up their running game, OR are looking to incorporate running as an exercise regimen!
